Elephants, dogs, and vocalizations, oh my!

I've spent much of the last three months reading everything I can on elephant cognition.  I'm now almost at a proposal for three different projects that will get at individual vocal recognition, development of vocalisations and communication in elephants, and spatial cognition of elephants.  YEY! 

I've been playing phone tag for these three months with folks who will let me know about the ethics applications for running the dog HRV study.

This year promises to be full of FUN research prospects!
